Access was created because talented candidates often have limited visibility into the networks and pathways that shape career decisions. Since many top business schools cannot recruit in every region, access to opportunity often depends on a candidate's immediate environment rather than their true potential.
Access exists to change this dynamic. By expanding exposure and increasing transparency, we equip candidates with the information and context they need to make informed decisions about what is possible for them and how to pursue it. When I stepped into this role, I didn’t just take on a new title - I took on a mission that means something to me.
Admit.me Access isn’t just an organization; it’s a movement that is changing what access to business education looks like. For too long, too many talented people have been told what they lack instead of being shown what’s possible. We are here to change that narrative.
I’ve spent my career working with future MBA candidates who had the drive, the credentials, and the story - but not always the network or playbook. Access was built to close that gap. Through our community, we’ve helped more than 5,000 members navigate the admissions process, awarded 300+ Access Fellowships, and supported Fellows who go on to achieve a 90% acceptance rate into top business schools across the country.
But the numbers only tell part of the story. Behind every success is someone who refused to settle - and that is what inspires me most.
At Access, we are expanding what it means to prepare for business school. From our Access+ learning community to our Fellowship program and upcoming AI-powered coaching tools, we are not just helping people apply. We are helping them transform how they see themselves and what they are capable of achieving.
