Become a Mentor
Our mentors are the backbone of our Access+ and Access Fellowship programs. As industry-leading professionals, Access mentors provide a unique and relatable perspective into the MBA journey and beyond. You don’t have to be a URM or woman to become a mentor; we just need you to be genuinely interested in providing support to our members and willing to share your story. Here’s what we expect:
Upfront strategy session with your mentee(s) and resume review with detailed feedback.
Be available to your mentee(s) during the application season to answer questions via Slack, Zoom and email.
Keep it real. You know the truth about the admissions process and our members deserve it.
